  1. For any change to the Hotel-keeper, please apply for a Change of Hotel-Keeper on the LicenceOne Portal at immediately.  ​


​Submissi​on of Ap​​plication

  1. A​pplication for a C​hange of Hotel-Keeper is to be submitted online through the LicenceOne Portal at

  2. The following documents must be submitted together with the online application:
    • Resume (Curriculum Vitae) of the proposed hotel-keeper
    • A copy of the Employment Pass (for non-Singapore Citizen and Permanent Resident)

        The Hotel-keeper:

      • Must be a person who holds a post of a Chief Executive or General Manager or equivalent to that of a Chief Executive Officer or General Manager of the hotel; and
      • Must be a Singaporean, Permanent Resident or an Employment Pass holder.​

Approval Process

  1. ​Processing of the application will take a minimum of two weeks upon receipt of all the documents required. 
  2. You will be informed via SMS and/or e-mail if your application has been approved. Payment can then be made online via the LicenceOne Portal at Fees for the Hotel-keeper's Licence must be paid via the LicenceOne Portal before they can be issued. If the payment is not paid within one month, the application will lapse and the applicant will need to submit a new application. 
  3. After payment has been made, the Board will contact you regarding the collection of the Hotel-keeper's Licence. 
  4. The Hotels Licensing Board reserves the right to prescribe additional conditions or waive existing conditions for any application for a Hotel-keeper's Licence.  ​

  1. The fees payable for a change of hotel-keeper's licence is $100. ​
