Download and use the e-notice template here for New Licence and Change of Hotel Name applications.

Advertisement Template

This advertisement template ("e-notice") is only applicable for New Hotel Licence applications and Change of Hotel Name amendment applications.

Effective 1 December 2019, you will need to upload this with your application in PDF format and the advertisement of application will be published on the Hotels Licensing Board website in an electronic format as an e-notice.

There is no longer a need to advertise the application in a daily newspaper.

Please provide the necessary information and ensure the accuracy of the following fields as per your application form:
(1) Name of Hotel-Keeper,
(2) Name of Hotel, and
(3) Address of Hotel.

The Name of Hotel must be consistent with that stated in your application form and on your hotel signage, with particular attention to capitalisation, spacing, and special characters (e.g. @().,-'!)."

The hotel keeper's name must also be consistent with that stated in your application form, and should match the name as reflected on the NRIC, passport, or employment pass.
